The need for this family was to extend the house to make it more comfortable and functional in accordance with their lifestyle.

Our proposal for the Ground floor was to reconfigure the internal layout and to extend the back to create an open plan kitchen l dining l  snug room, and utility, WC and storage room in a redundant existing garage.

By introducing a generous set of by folding doors and white render, we will give the house a more contemporary look and create a much better relationship between the house and rear garden.
