Following the owner's desire and expectations we  proposed to renovate the tired  and outdated internal and external look of the house to provide a more contemporary image. The idea was to achieve a more updated internal and external look for their property proposing an open and functional layout, and at the same time to make the most of the stunning sea views as well as maximizing the use of the space. The approach for external features and materials is minimalist with sleek shapes, straight lines and big glass opening, with the use of a contemporary materials.
