Modern Nordic design for three elegant terrace houses comprising two end-of-terrace and one mid-terrace property. Each building thoughtfully incorporates two independent flats with generous ground floor and first floor accommodation, offering comfortable and well-lit living spaces while maintaining the appearance of single family homes from the street.

This new-build development comprises a carefully designed block of four modern flats that thoughtfully blend contemporary architecture with traditional influences. The project creates comfortable, well-proportioned homes featuring clean lines, quality materials, and subtle references to classical detailing. Inspired by timeless residential architecture, the design achieves a refined balance between modern living standards and contextual respect for its surroundings.

Set on a generous plot previously occupied by an aging five-bedroom house, this project delivers two striking side-by-side detached four-bedroom family homes with clean contemporary design, mirrored layouts, and high-specification finishes. Each residence features spacious open-plan living, generous bedrooms, and a luxurious principal suite in the loft, creating modern family homes with strong architectural presence.

A modern contemporary conversion of an existing outdated office building into residential flats. The proposal transforms the original internal office spaces into new flats while enhancing the old building’s elevations with contemporary materials and finishes together with side extensions and ground floor additions that improve both the architecture and functionality.

Located in a prestigious conservation area, this project replaces an outdated five-bedroom dwelling with a new, energy-efficient contemporary traditional-style home. Carefully designed to respect its sensitive context, the residence features elegant proportions, high-specification construction, generous open-plan living spaces, five bedrooms, and a versatile loft level, delivering modern family comfort while harmonising with the surrounding heritage setting.

Nestled in the heart of a vibrant urban neighbourhood, is a bold transformation of an underutilised site. The project carefully replaces an existing three-storey office building with a striking contemporary seven-storey residential landmark, delivering 41 thoughtfully designed apartments (16 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom units). With communal spaces, innovative green features, secure undercroft parking for 23 vehicles, and storage for 82 bicycles, the development prioritises modern, inclusive and sustainable urban living.
