New development of flats in a highly sustainable town centre location where flats are an acceptable form of development in line with the character of the area. The development contains 9 new homes along with allocated car and cycle parking spaces, private amenity spaces and communal landscape.
This development in a built-up area of the Town includes the erection of two small blocks of flats containing 2 x 2 Beds flats each block, providing new homes to 4 families, along with parking and cycle storage spaces and private amenity to every unit.
THE BEACH
Following the owner's desire and expectations we proposed to renovate the tired internal and external look of this house providing a more updated and contemporary image.
